Our PhilosophySpecializing in authentic regional Mexican cuisine, our chef driven menu is rooted in traditional Mexican recipes. Time is our secret ingredient. Every dish is hand-made and meticulously prepared using only the highest quality and freshest organic ingredients sourced from Cayman’s farmers and fishermen who share in our food philosophy.     Truly our best dining experience on Grand Caymen and our server Nikko curated an outstanding meal for us to enjoy! The Baba ghanoush was seasoned perfectly, followed by tenderly fried calamari and then on to tafka which was soft and beyond flavorful. However the BEST delight of our night was the stuffed eggplant and I will return just for this chef’s masterpiece. On a side note, we felt cozy and welcomed, as well as appreciated guests, which is truly special during the high season. I highly recommend and will gladly return! Enjoy!

    My friend and I had dinner at Anchor & Den last night and have to say it was such a great experience!!! I have dietary needs so the server asked the chef to come to our table to make a few suggestions and ensure my needs were taken care of. The food was amazing and the staff were so incredibly attentive and friendly. Thank you for an amazing dining experience!!!!!
