Ballistic Beer Co HQ is set in an old World War II ammunitions factory in the historic, industrial suburb of Salisbury. The venue houses the production of our delicious brews and features a cellar-door style bar where you can pop in for a sip from 18 taps and see where the magic happens. Each week we invite local food trucks to fill you up with the best food to satisfy your taste buds. Dig into a meal while listening to one of the live music acts. Children are always welcome and there is plenty of large open spaces for them to play and make new friends. Outstanding place for an Italian experience. My husband and I (from NZ) visited Doughcraft after watching MKR. Amazing starters and best pasta we ever had. Worth a visit.

I ordered the slow cooked lamb with broccolini and roast potatoes, it was delicious, like a true home cooked dinner. My husband ordered the pizza Angelo, he loved the thin crispy pizza base and the lamb was tender and the topping full of flavour. The torte for desert - superb! We shared it and ended our beautiful night out with a walk across the river on the footbridge..
