Our goal is that our ingredients and products travel less than a zero km to be enjoyed at your table.
The wine, olive oil, eggs, vegetables, flowers , herbs, honey, lamb and vegetables have been produced/raised in this same ranch and family ranches that we own and operate. We proudly celebrate the "Slow Food" philosophy.

A place to enjoy wine, food and music. The architecture embodies the visions of psychedelic and surrealist illustrator Jaime Zuverza, their images were externalized via a vernacular and organic technique called ferrocement. Our bar integrates more than 60 labels of wine from Baja, wine by the glass, cocktails, crafted drinks and café.
Our unpretentiously, unostentatious but luscious kitchen celebrates local produce and farmers. We cook accordingly to seasons therefore we are moved by the nostalgia our traditional Baja food was once before the boom.
