I reserved a dinner for two, at Cutler's restaurant, to do my marriage proposal. The staff was wonderful and my proposal went exactly as planned. The food was amazing, the atmosphere was great, and overall the staff here made our night very special! I cannot thank them enough and I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone!

Service has atrocious. Our server forgot a meal completely and everyone was done eating by the time she brought it. She offered no apology. My son asked for steak sauce three times. Never got it. My daughter asked for her dressing on the side…never got it either (her salad was her meal…). One of us was only drinking water. The glass sat dry as a bone despite our attempts to request a refill. We spent $300 on dinner (which included the meal she “forgot”). She could’ve, at least, comped that OR brought bread for the one without a meal while they waited 20 minutes! We expected more than rude and unprofessional service. It made the entire experience uncomfortable.

Plates were not brought out at same time. One of the 4 got his appetizer 10 min before the rest. Same for the mains and vegetables were ice cold.

The wait was horrible. I was in there for an hour and ten minutes for only a drink a plate of food and a bill. It took them 20 minutes just to bring the bill and I didn't even get my change because I had to leave before they could bring it. The staff also never really paid attention to us

It's a shame because I really wanted to like this place because there are so few nice dining experiences in this collage town. Our server was awesome, but the food was below average. The Shrimp on the Rocks - shrimp cocktail tasted like they just pulled it from a Kroger frozen food bag. The general atmosphere was lacking, the lights were way to bright for an evening meal.

Our meal at Cutler's last Saturday was excellent in terms of the food. Everything tasted great! Our server was very nice, but we waited long periods before being served our drinks, bread course, and main course. The cost was average for the area.

We went on a Tuesday evening and it wasn’t very busy. Our server never refilled our water glasses , he never came back to check if everything was ok. He took quite awhile for him to take our credit card when paying the bill.

Not fancy but good food. It was parents weekend and they were swamped with business. Staff was hustling but staff and kitchen seemed overwhelmed. We waited 45 minutes for our dinners. Wait staff was pleasant but clearly over worked. Convenient location within the hotel and a short walk to the stadium.
