Our award winning single vineyard wines are curated from our 20 year old vineyard. Varietals include Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Tempranillo, Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon. All wines are grown, made and bottled onsite. Our wines are bold and distinctive. They are gutsy, authentic expressions of their terroir. Tokar Estate wines are well structured but retain the elegance the Yarra Valley is renowned for. They are nurtured from vineyard to bottle by winemaker Martin Siebert and the Tokar family.The vineyard is hand tendered by our small team using a minimal intervention approach to winemaking. Since 2012 we have reduced cropping levels to ensure exceptional fruit is produced, and we have implemented more sustainable vineyard practices, such as minimising herbicide use in order to encourage soil microfauna and native grasses that harbour beneficial insects.Stop by for a tasting of our wines and enjoy a glass or two out on our beautiful lawn overlooking the vineyard.

The recipes all with a long linage, we wanted to build something that is as inviting as eating at an italian family home, that the customer can relax in. Dining in the Angelette Alfresco can be easy going ordering 18-inch pizzas or if you are a more structured meal perhaps ordering a few entrées, something from our selection of salumi, or one of our great fresh pastas. We also stock Italian beers and a carefully curated list of amazing local wines and beers.We can't wait for you to try us out!

Had dinner here on a Tuesday night. Food exceeded my expectations and overall a really nice spot for a drink/meal, particularly when the weather is nice and you are able to sit at a table outside. Recommend

Amazing venue, we had the lamb shoulder to share and it was drool-worthy ! We couldn’t even finish it so great value for money! Dessert lacked the wow factor in the traste department but it was presented beautifully. Definitely going back for special occasions!
