My husband and I had an incredibly delectable dinner at Cento. We sat at the counter where we watched the magic take place in the kitchen. Immediately after we ordered and started seeing every dish that was ordered in the restaurant come out right in front of us, we wished we could've ordered every item on the menu. The food is incredibly tasty and presented quite simply and beautifully. The carbonara is the best I have ever had. Instead of the sauce thickening almost as soon as it's in front of you, it remained a broth like texture because of the sous vide egg they use when plating the dish instead of the traditional method. The chili crisp garnish added another layer of uniqueness to this carbonara. We just loved it. 

The food was great! Loved pizza the best. Reminded me of Italy. Our waiter was nice, but he had way too much cologne on. I started losing my voice and having an asthma attack. There were 3 of us seated in a large table for 6. Initially, I was sitting by the aisle. Started getting so choked up, I had to take medication and move to the window.

North Italia was amazing. The food was great and the ambiance was super cool for a birthday party.

I have had to eat gluten free for almost a decade now and this is by far one of the best menus I have found in California. Even if I wasn't GF, I would still be eating here. Food is always 12/10 along with service + ambiance. A note to the Open Table developers: need to enable 6 star ratings literally just for 401k.
