“I’ve been a regular customer at Ottoman Restaurant for some time now, and it never fails to impress. The staff are consistently attentive, friendly, and genuinely humble, making every visit a pleasure. The restaurant itself is beautiful, and the food is always outstanding—fresh, flavorful, with generous portions and an impressive variety to choose from. This past Saturday, they flawlessly accommodated a group of 19 of us for a party. Everything was handled seamlessly, with great attention to detail and zero hiccups. Promptly sat for dinner. Decent menu & fair prices for airport hotel. Food was tasty & fairly quick. Service was good with a smile from all the staff. Wasn’t rushed even though the restaurant became busy.

What a lovely time we had last Tuesday lunchtime at this beautiful restaurant, from start to finish. My friends and I chose the lunchtime special menu, the food was excellent, a little pricer than the Bold St Elif, but in my opinion larger portions. The staff were polite, attentive and helpful. Although the bill included a service charge it was in block capital and stood out, so you either accept or decline. The building is absolutely beautiful, stunning even. I don't think you can compare the Castle Street Elf to the Bold Street one they're totally different spectrums. Will definitely go back to Bold Street, but for fine dining l certainly choose Castle Street. Thank you to the management and staff for a wonderful experience. See you again soon.
