Chef Sebby Holmes launched Farang back in 2016 after trading at street food markets throughout London. A year later he took up temporary residency in Farang's current home in Highbury & Islington. After excellent reviews, he took on the space permanently after his step-father retired and since, has gone from strength to strength. The owner was very welcoming,he got us a drink on arrival & said if we didn’t mind waiting 10 mins he would have a great table for us.Which he did right in the corner overlooking the waterfront.Service was as good as the food,excellent..Highly recommend

What a beautiful hidden gem. The food was delicious, venue was also stunning. Great atmosphere in the restaurant, lively but not too loud. Wish we had discovered this sooner as such a good go-to restaurant. We had 3 mains, 2 cocktails and a starter and all were very reasonably priced for good portions. Will definitely be returning many times.

A very impressive restaurant, both from the staff who are so welcoming and provided great insights to the menu. Then to food, OMG, it was out of this world and I couldn't recommend it highly enough.
