Das war nach fast 20 Jahren mal wieder ein Besuch im Salmon House on the Hill und ich stelle fest, dass die Konkurrenz (sehr) guter Restaurants in Vancouver und B.C. deutlich größer geworden ist, so dass SHotH gut daran täte, seine Leistung aufzufrischen - das war entweder früher besser oder die anderen haben so stark aufgeholt...? Jedenfalls war ich deutlich weniger begeistert, als früher, obwohl das Essen natürlich nicht schlecht war, jedoch habe ich schon für weniger Geld erheblich besser gegessen!
