Nestled into the corner of Spitalfields, we have recently re-branded as a small plates bar, cafe & restaurant, serving up wonderful seasonal plates made with the freshest ingredients, cakes & pastries. All alongside an extensive range of British & Belgian beer, self-imported French wine, Andronica's marvellous coffee & tasty cocktails. Our bar is the product of over 20 years’ work by couple Kay and Peter Sinden, who have now passed on the daily running of the place to their own children. Food was outstanding good choice and top quality. Although the staff were pleasant and efficient we all felt that they could have been a little more friendly.We would all definitely go back and the comments about the staff could be down to the fact it was busy and Christmas

Great old school place that has been here for ages. Its a relaxed atmosphere and the staff are great. They leave you alone and there's been no pressure to leave or turn the table when I've eaten there at lunch. Rare find and normally has availability. Perfect hidden gem for a small side plate and a glass of Cremant when shopping in Spitalfields too.
