Sushi Hanabi serves authentic Japanese cuisine in a warm and inviting dining room. Each dish is made to order, using the freshest catch of the day and beautifully presented. Guests can elect to sit at the sushi bar. Sushi Hanabi offers lunch specials with guests� choice meat, seafood or tempura. There are plenty of dishes for vegetarians like the agedashi tofu, vegetable tempura or seaweed salad. Start with one of many appetizers: the spicy tuna mango salad, tostada de pescado or the sweet and spicy, which is made with mixed spicy fish atop seaweed salad. Guests can order popular specialty rolls like the California, spicy tuna, rainbow or vegan rolls, as well as nigari a la carte like red tuna, salmon, albacore, sea urchin or salmon roe. Tomo's also has a robata grill that allows diners to order items a la carte like grilled asparagus, bell peppers, stuffed jalape–os, shiitake mushrooms, chicken tenders, mussels, teriyaki salmon, beef negima and miso sea bass.
