The New York steak is amazing. I and my spouse were totally filled. The meal was amazing and the ambience was very pleasant

All around it was very good. The prime rib was not hot, just warm. I must have been waiting after plating for some reason.

I was warmly greeted on my arrival by your hostess Reyan (which was so nice thankyou!) alongside the shift manager; Connie provided us with exceptional service and even helped tweak my order to suit my preferences in efficient and a most pleasant manner. First time going to Chop. Staff and management made us feel very welcome. Taylor explained the menu very well, let us know what the popular dishes are, and the features. The goat cheese dip and birria spring rolls are a must. We were there for our anniversary and staff were so sweet acknowledging it in a special way.
