Our focus is on fresh seasonal and sustainable produce combined with key ingredients specifically imported from Italy to create an authentic Neapolitan pizza for our customers. Our ingredients are meticulously hand picked to ensure the best taste possible. We had a wonderful dinner to celebrate a friend's 80th Birthday. Everyone enjoyed their meals very much and said they would visit the Clare Castle again - a hidden gem! A big shout out to the staff who were extremely helpful and always smiling - nothing was too much trouble. If you haven't visited Clare Castle - you should - I highly recommend the garlic prawns!

Far too much salt on chips, otherwise great food and service. Perhaps include a small salad with the fish and chips? Great night at our fave Port Melbourne hotel/restaurant. Staff are the best 😁👍❤️
