Decided to go to IV Purpose as it was in the area and wasn't disappointed. The bartender on the ground level, forgot her name, was also kind enough to be out waiter as there seemed to be a party going on upstairs that required a lot of the staffs attention. Nonetheless, she was very kind and made great recommendations, all while balancing her duties at the bar.

We came here for happy hour. The service was really slow, it appeared they are understaffed. The music and ambiance was good. The food was okay, it was more like bar food. I expected it to taste and be presented better at this restaurant.
