Amazing and truly authentic Portuguese deliciousness. The service was amazing. I had the clams in butter appetizer and then the paella was absolutely perfect. My man had the lamb entree and he loved it. Great place and will definitely be returning

Took friends there that have never been and they loved it. I wish they would bring bring the chorizo appetizer.

Their tapas are big enough for a meal! Each one was delicious. Worth a trip to Staten Island to go to this restaurant with great food and very good value. Service is also friendly and professional.

Ernesto’s is a wonderful spot. Authentically both Basque and Lower East Side, it was truly soulful and differentiated in a too often homogenized world. Delicious and interesting food, an incredibly deep and educational Spanish wine list, and friendly, knowledgeable service to guide diners along the way. Very grateful to have dined here.

Food was delicious, service was Excellent! The Chef even came out to check on us. We went early, 5:30pm so it was a bit quiet but the restaurant is very charming and cozy. Would love to go back on a Saturday night when there is Flamenco and finish my night with an espresso from the beautiful machine they have. I wish them the best!
