Masuya Restaurant is located in a building, which has been designated as a cultural asset, on O’Connell Street in Sydney. This is the same place as the office of Kanematsu Gosho, the pioneer of Australia – Japan trades, was situated in 1980. Really excited to have discovered this gem last month, went back today with another family member and was not disappointed. We shared the pork loaded fries between us which was delicious as entree then I had the salmon - beautifully cooked with tasty crispy skin. Sat outdoors this time which had lovely lively atmosphere with other tables also full but tables are not crowded or noisy; we loved the inside booth last time. Easy parking and booking online 👍

The food was exceptional – authentic Italian flavors that transported us straight to Italy. The pasta was perfectly cooked, and the wood-fired pizza was simply divine. The wine selection complemented our meal perfectly, and the desserts were the perfect ending to a fantastic evening.
