We had an issue with seating (I requested no high top chairs and our table had them). They took care of this right away. Service and food awesome, though we weren’t expecting a limited and price increased selection menu (it was Valetines Day but I saw no mention of this on their website or FB). Noise level was pretty high due to a musician that was singing this evening. Overall was still a great experience. I’ve been here many times and will definitely return.

The server we had was absolutely amazing. I do not know how name but I recall he was bald. He made the entire experience for my brother and I amazing. Thank you so much! Everything was super clean including bathrooms. Loved my lasagna and meatballs. The tres leches cake good. Thank you! Overall great experience. Parking we found in a paid garage not too far from the restaurant but there is also paid parking across the street I believe.

The food was fabulous! The crab cake and the Camarones y Vieras con Ravioli de Langosta entree were especially outstanding. We arrived at 4:30 for a very early dinner, and the place was peacefully quiet. Our servers were great at taking and delivering our food orders, and attentively kept my husband's water glass filled (no mean feat). The young man who took my wine order seemed unfamiliar with wines in general, and did not make useful recommendations from Pacifico's wine list. He asked multiple times if I wanted to order a second glass; I thought I was clear the first time that one glass was it for me. Highly recommend Pacifico. We'll be back!

The staff were kind. The place is family friendly and has nice decor for photos. It's not too noisy so you can still hold a conversation without yelling. The food was yummy. I wish my hot lobster roll came with melted butter and the drinks were not very strong. Aside from that I would for sure visit again.

Entertained friends/clients, steak lovers, food and service perfect, lighting perfect for a steakhouse too. We will return, great evening. Thanks.
