Absolutely NOTHING bad to say when it comes to the entire experience you get dining within Carlos Bistro. The level of attention the staff displays (especially Carlos) is unmatched by just about everywhere in the Springs. The food is incredible, and although the meals price was higher than most, I believe it’s priced way below what I feel like this restaurant deserves. I asked for a complete custom order for myself as my entree, and my wife ordered cocktails off menu, with zero resistance, accommodating everything we wanted with ease. I can’t praise this place enough! PLEASE take the time to experience this gem.

Everything was fantastic- from the service to the meal ! First, I added two more people to our reservation on a very busy night, the restaurant was fully booked. I called and Ben did his magic and fit us in! Our server, Zac was perfect. The right amount of attentiveness with out hovering. Food came out fairly fast for as busy as they were. Every meal was delicious. I had the filet which was cooked and seasoned perfectly, hubby had halibut he said was delish. Friends had scallops and the Tuna - everyone raved. B&R is one of our favorite restaurants in town. Consistently great food and service!

Always has been a good experience. Steak pretty tasty and tender even with well done. Always enjoyed the table side preparation although this time was briefer than usual. This has probably been my tenth visit over the years.
