I visited the Avenue with my family for my birthday, we had the festive menu , the food was delicious . The staff are lovely and so friendly. Would recommend The Avenue 100%.

Very nice menu,food well cooked to order and very nicely presented.Bedroom large,warn but cosy.Staff and locals very friendly.

Lovely roast dinner only spoiled by being swamped with so much gravy it was spilling over the plate! But the meat was lovely. We did not realise that the football would be on screens everywhere in the pub - we probably would not have chosen to eat there if we had known but that is not reallly a criticism - we just didn’t know and are not fans

Always a great pub with great service and food.Can't fault it
