Light spacious barn area, lovely setting. The food was delicious, All the staff were very friendly and polite.

A nicely varied, competitively priced menu which left all of us torn between more than one dish. Table service was very efficient with staff who were friendly, attentive and helpful . A really characterful pub with welcoming locals.

Lovely staff who were kind, considerate and friendly. I took my 93 year old father out to lunch and they were great with him. Food was fabulous. I had steak & my 93 year old father had trout. Both delicious. It is an old pub with lovely character. Very nicely kept & clearly under good management. Fabulous too to have a fire burning on a chilly March day👌

Couldn’t ask for more from a traditional pub. Prompt service and attentive staff.

Charming traditional pub with a proper bar and tables, and a cosy wood-burning stove. High quality ingredients well made into tasty dishes. Tempura prawns were fresh, firm and juicy, and clearly made from scratch in the kitchen. Lamb shank roast with all the trimmings was a great Sunday treat.
