The Manhattan iteration of the Brooklyn based pizzeria centered around a historic brick oven and comforting food. Emily has earned a following for its signature Detroit-style pies and award winning burger. The pizza here is rectangular (not round) and utilizes the "frico" technique, in which cheese is drizzled on the edges of the pie to create a crispy brown exterior. Beyond the main event, the menu extends to include salads and sandwiches, which shouldn't be ignored (think an attention-grabbing burger and a top-notch spicy fried chicken sandwich). I love Emmy Squared!! Always a great experience. I love taking family visiting or going with friends or for dates. The staff is so friendly and the food is incredible. I love the MVP pizza and add on caramelized onions. 10/10

We only have positive comments. We were quickly seated. The staff was very nice. The food is excellent. I had the chicken parm and the chicken was very good and tender. You can almost cut it with your fork. We were able to sit there and talk for a long time. Greatly appreciate that no one looked to rush us out. I highly recommend.
