Prosciutto Bros. is a warehouse factory converted into a Craft Bar, a big red brick building in the industrial area of Eltham, frequented by locals who love an icy craft beer, with 20 Craft Beer taps and a great wine list to match. Prosciutto Bros menu is designed for sharing, very home-style Italian, featuring imported smoked, salted, preserved and cooked meats and cheeses showcased on display in our deli window, served as antipasti platters, charcuterie and cheese boards. We also have a wood fired oven, where an array of pizzas are cooked, some topped with meatballs, salami's and of course Prosciutto, a range of other plates, like a trio of dips with freshly baked bread, home-made meatballs, home-made gnocchi and many other "Little Tings". The pizza quality is consistently outstanding at DOC. Would go so far as saying it’s the best in Melbourne or at least our favourite! Giovanni was excellent and very attentive to our table despite it being busy.

We've dined here with friends and family on 4 occasions in 2024 and without fail the service is friendly and efficient. Grazia is our preferred local dining venue. Congratulations to all involved. You are getting it right every time .

We had dinner at the 8.30 booking last night and were served by several different staff - all were the loveliest humans and the perfect combination of friendly, down-to-earth, and helpful. The food as always was exceptional - highly recommend the Zucchini pizza! We've been to Leo's countless times and have never been disappointed.
