Our dough is made fresh daily and proved slowly, meaning we’re able to use minimal quantities of yeast and our pizzas are light. Our commitment is to quality, we use carefully selected Italian and local British ingredients from a handful of small, independent suppliers to top our pizzas.We use independent producers as long term partners, including Fior Di Latte Mozzarella sourced from Caserta, and wines imported directly from private Italian growers. The pizzeria in Kentish Town has a great space upstairs, with huge windows so you can sit and people watch all day long, or even sit on the terrace...the only space like that you will find on Kentish Town Road.You can also find a stunning basement that can be hired for a number of functions from any birthday (kids are definitely welcome) through to office get-togethers or DJ nights.
