The Manhattan iteration of the Brooklyn based pizzeria centered around a historic brick oven and comforting food. Emily has earned a following for its signature Detroit-style pies and award winning burger. The pizza here is rectangular (not round) and utilizes the "frico" technique, in which cheese is drizzled on the edges of the pie to create a crispy brown exterior. Very Nice place for a pizzeria. Comfortable seating. Nice food selection. We tried a few items Including the pizza and they were well prepared. Host and servers were extremely attentive. Thank you. Will be back.

As always an absolutely amazing time! The staff, food and place is simply incredible! A hidden gem in the heart of Ridgewood! Definitely must try and I tell everyone about it! Love this place!
