The Manhattan iteration of the Brooklyn based pizzeria centered around a historic brick oven and comforting food. Emily has earned a following for its signature Detroit-style pies and award winning burger. The pizza here is rectangular (not round) and utilizes the "frico" technique, in which cheese is drizzled on the edges of the pie to create a crispy brown exterior. Food was excellent and the service was as well! Wife had Chicken Parm, she loved and daughters had the Penne with vodka sauce. Ate everything and they are picky! We all shared a pizza which was really good as well.
