Every Persian will tell you that their mother’s cooking is unparalleled! With The Tahdig, I aimed to capture those nostalgic feelings while reimagining classic dishes using seasonal British ingredients. The vibrant spices, flavorful dips, tangy pickles, and abundant herbs are the tastes of my youth.
