I had an amazing time at this restaurant. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that set the stage for an unforgettable meal. The quality of the ingredients really stood out, and it was clear that a lot of thought went into the menu. The service was top-notch as well. The staff was attentive without being overbearing, offering helpful suggestions and making sure everything was just right. Outstanding in every way from the moment you enter. There was clearly a lot of thought behind the restaurant. The room is lovely, tables set with linen. The room feels serene and luxurious. The food is superb, modern French with an Australian accent. Every dish was outstanding. Service is relaxed and friendly. I highly recommend a dinner at Malin. I look forward to a return visit.

We had the Valentine’s Day set menu and the food was amazing, great quality. Staff were really nice. Only negative is that they tried to squish too many people into the restaurant and service was slightly slower than normal.

Hidden French gem! Fantastic food and service -- it was a lovely night out. The duck breast was cooked to perfection and the steak tartare was the best I've had in Melbourne. We were all so satisfied that we simply couldn't fit dessert. We will definitely be back.
