Aline was created from a desire to share my family’s food traditions. My love for Lebanese food comes from my mother, Aline. A Passionate home cook, famous for gathering her friends and family around her long table placed in the heart of a bucolic garden we call “Le Jardin d’Aline”. Meals have always been a way for her to teach my sisters and I about our Lebanese heritage. In summer we often enjoyed “Siyadiyeh”, a freshly caught sea bass served with a fisherman’s risotto native to Tyre, my mother’s hometown and in winter we would all gather in the kitchen eagerly waiting for the slow cooked lamb for her famous “Fatteh”. Our dishes are a modern take on everyday Lebanese comfort food served in a cozy thirty seat restaurant in Mayfair . Le Bab Soho food was amazing and came out very quickly. We had to wait for 10 minutes because our table for 5 was not ready at the time we had booked, the manager came out to express his apologies and offered us a free sharing Humous and pita plate. We had a member with a peanut allergy which we told the manager who proceeded to tell every staff member. they double checked everything and put anything with nuts on the side in a separate dish. Great night

I managed to get a booking on my way in. The venue is lovely, staff were friendly, service was great and our waitress was very pleasant. Only feedback I have is the over use of phones where people are constantly taking selfie which is offputtinh but that is no reflection on the venue or staff. Thoroughly enjoyed our brunch.

Loved it here. Serves Halal food (great for my Muslim friend) Lovely atmosphere and delicious food. Expensive, but it’s Mayfair and a special treat. Would definitely go again.
