Der bekannte Gastronom Paul Bruggemans ist sein Besitzer und Betreiber, er war auch Besitzer des berühmten Le St Germain Restaurant in Hollywood. Auch General Patton war gern zu Besuch, als er in Palm Springs stationiert war, um im Zweiten Weltkrieg die Battle of the Bulge zu planen. Später, als das Restaurant eingerichtet war, wurde es einem beliebten Ort für Präsidenten und Hollywoods Elite. Der berühmte Innenhof, gesäumt von riesigen Ficus-Bäumen, ist der perfekte Ort zum Speisen. Die Terrasse wird im Sommer gekühlt und im Winter beheizt.

Wir haben endlich wieder ein Restaurant entdeckt indem man sich atmosphärisch gut fühlt, die Bedienung war hervorragend und versiert. Das Essen war richtig gut , Lammkotelett beste Qualität , Entenkeule zart und saftig mit Linsenragout, danach Dessert zum dahinschmelzen, Schokoladentorte mit gefrostetem Espresso !insgesamt ein gelungener Abend
