Food was excellent. Proper European three course dinner. We had the dome which was a very romantic intimate way to eat dinner. Got lucky with the weather and snow was swirling all around. Our server Vlad was immaculate- just the right balance of dropping in on time with courses and leaving us to it

I would rate this as one of the finest bars in Canada! Creative cocktails, fantastic service, amazing ambience...just out of this world! Expensive but worth it for those who appreciate good value.

Wonderful dining experience! Started with a Lume Mule to open the night and set up my oysters, finished those with a Corona. Had another to go along with the best half chicken I’ve ever had - nice crispy skin, cooked perfectly as were the mixed greens and potato. My mate did enjoy his appetizer (though I forget which) then went on raving about his burger. I tried to dismiss it as “just a burger” but he’d have none of that. He thought the French fries’ length should be longer, hmmm. But how did they taste? Decaf coffee to close as he stated his creme brulé be another life best - I’ll have one next time. Alma did a wonderful job putting up with us, the hostesses at front knew my checked coat better than I did (I needed to confirm my red scarf). Will be back again soon, with my wife for her tasting notes - BTW free parking underground (entrance off street just south & east of Lume).

Incredible value for the New Year’s Day brunch - $68 for a welcome drink, and 2 courses. The servers were friendly and very knowledgeable, able to make many accusations for a gluten free diet and even a non alcoholic drink (that wasn’t just juice). It’s also a huge space which makes it feel relaxing as you’re not yelling to speak and don’t have to be right next to other customers.

I reached out ahead of going since my partner is a wheelchair user. While the bar isn’t accessible (step to get in, washroom downstairs), the staff responded quickly to let us know what the obstacles were and apologized for the inaccessibility. We decided to go anyways and the staff offered to help in anyway they could. They were ready at the door and offered to help lift my partner’s chair into the bar. Was really impressed by how helpful the team was :) The festive decor was so fun and the food and drinks were amazing!! Service was friendly and as quick as it could be considering how busy they were. Great experience :)
