Aline was created from a desire to share my family’s food traditions. My love for Lebanese food comes from my mother, Aline. A Passionate home cook, famous for gathering her friends and family around her long table placed in the heart of a bucolic garden we call “Le Jardin d’Aline”. Meals have always been a way for her to teach my sisters and I about our Lebanese heritage. In summer we often enjoyed “Siyadiyeh”, a freshly caught sea bass served with a fisherman’s risotto native to Tyre, my mother’s hometown and in winter we would all gather in the kitchen eagerly waiting for the slow cooked lamb for her famous “Fatteh”. Our dishes are a modern take on everyday Lebanese comfort food served in a cozy thirty seat restaurant in Mayfair . I celebrated my birthday at Hayatt lounge, and it was amazing! The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was perfect. They even surprised me with a birthday treat, which was such a nice touch. Highly recommend for any special occasion!

We were seated straight away, and had our order taken in no time, drinks arrived quickly and food did not take long to arrive either. The food was amazing, a good portion and very good value. Definitely a new favourite of ours.

Very original food, we had the prune, the egg, the iberico salad, the crozetto, the flatbread and dessert. Everything was amazing! The prune is served with an incredible balsamic vinegar, and is introduced as you would for a wine. This was already an experience in itself. All the other dishes were so flavoursome and the flatbread is a must-have! The dessert was a rhubarb cake served with a shot of rum, and was the perfect ending to a feast! We will definitely be back
