Das Nobu Fifty Seven wurde von David Rockwell entworfen und lässt das Bild von fließendem Wasser und einem asiatischen Fluss mit Biegungen, Details von Leuchtern mit Abalone-Muscheln, Bambus in Terrazzo-Fliesen, Tischen aus verbranntem Eschenholz und japanischen Stoffen entstehen.
