Masuya Restaurant is located in a building, which has been designated as a cultural asset, on O’Connell Street in Sydney. My friends and I had a great time at By Sang. The food was delicious and the service was attentive. The stand out dish to me is the dry aged duck. It was full of unami. We also enjoyed the chirashi donburi with the fresh seafood and also the fact we can make our own hand sushi with the seaweed sheets.
