Food was quite delicious. Prime rib was very tender. The roasted carrots were meh. The desserts and antipasto were both delicious; the pumpkin pie tarts were super yummy.

Food great. Location excellent. Love the patio. But they desperately need to turn down the music volume outside. You should be able to conduct a conversation on a patio for dinner.

Everything Duro Hospitality does is a hit, and The Charles is no exception! The service was impeccable, the drinks were top notch, and the food was delectable! We had a large party and showed up to the back bar an hour before for pre dinner drinks and they were so accommodating to take care of us and always kept us informed of the table. They treated the birthday guest to an amazing glass of champagne, and made the whole experience amazing. Charles was our server and he was great! Nate the Manager on duty as well as his whole staff was absolutely amazing. We will be back so many more times, and I am so happy that Duro has this gem in their repertoire!

The food was absolutely flavorful and good! The service was great also.

Always enjoy eating here! It’s one of our favorites before seeing a show downtown.
