It was a birthday celebration for my 91 year-old sister-in-law. We both had the fillet and it was wonderful. We also ordered the brussels sprouts which were also terrific. Then they gave her a lovely little birthday dessert. It was a very special little celebration and they did a wonderful job of making it so.  I don’t live in that area, but I can assure you that when I’m back in the area, I will want to visit this place again. Suggest you plan on valet parking, which is a bit costly, $20 but worth it considering a lack of parking in the area

I’ve lived in Sherman Oaks for over 25 years and this was my first visit to Panzanella, as I was waiting for a special occasion. So my husband and I went there to celebrate our 9-year anniversary and it exceeded all of our expectations. EVERYTHING about our experience was EXCELLENT! This is certain to be our go-to restaurant for future celebrations!!

Dining at Casalena is one of our favorite restaurants! The patio is beautiful & relaxing. (Sometimes, the tables can be a wee-bit close), but doesn’t necessarily impact a pleasurable dining experience. Food is delicious! We have our favorites and definitely recommend the corn pasta, lamb chops, squash blossoms & kale salad. However, staff & waiters win the prize! They have always been outstanding; accommodating, informative and absolutely 💯 personable…always a smile. I definitely recommend Casalena. It really is the only upscale restaurant in the West Valley!
