When our party of 4 entered we were asked if we wanted to sit in the main dining room or the quieter cellar. We chose the cellar as the dining room was loud and crowded. The cellar is amazing for a nice dinner where you can hear the people in your party. We shared the meatball appetizer special and it was delicious. The four entrees we ordered were pollo rollatini (2) the bucatini and the gnocchi. Everyone raved about their meals. I had the gnocchi bolognese. It was super flavorful and light, with a nice chew. We shared two desserts, the tiramisu and crème brûlée Both were amazing, some of the best we’ve had anywhere. A few cocktails and a bottle of wine. All in all, I would highly recommend and we all plan to visit again since there are other things on the menu we want to try. Our waiter Nicco (not sure this is how he spells it) we friendly, attentive and had just the right amount of interaction with us.

We joined 2 other couples who had never been to the CIA and they really loved the experience. My husband and I have been to the Culinary several times previously and this time was just as awesome! The choice of food in each category was vast and diverse. I am a vegan and my husband is gluten free. I enjoyed the shredded Brussel sprout salad with lemony vinegrette and the vegetables with farro & mushroom entree. My husband loved the roasted potatoes and roasted chix with gluten free pumpkin cake for dessert. My only suggestion for the future is to offer a vegan option for dessert.

what can I say - we went there 3 nights in a row and we live 25 minutes away. Food and service is excellent. Pizza is just like you get in Italy - food is top notch

Joseph's has become a neighborhood establishment worthy of praise from all sides. The food is well prepared, the service is outstanding(our waitress for tonight was one of the most delightful personalities we have encountered in any restaurant we have visited in recent years), and the overall congeniality that Joe has created is very special.

I expected the tasting to be an in person affair. I work in college admissions and may be more tuned into these issues than most, but it was odd to essentially watch three videos (which were played very loudly) rather than have a guide. The tasting info itself was very interesting and the small tour we received was nice, but be advised you don’t see the full campus. “A taste” is more like it. Very sweet students and excited to go back! If you’re interested in the restaurants, be sure to book those in advance.
