Bu far the best meal we had in our 5 night visit to GC. The branzino was devine and we enjoyed the personable and professional service. What a lovely atmosphere...we will be back to Ms Pipers!

We have been dining at Calypso for years. And this was probably the best food we have had. My daughter got the pork chop and devoured it. Said it might be the best pork chop she has ever had. My husband had the crispy fish (basically fried fish), but he, too, said it was some of the best he's had. My son tried the lobster and shrimp in champagne sauce. He devoured every bit of it, and loved it. I got the seafood gratin. It was probably one of my favorite dishes EVER. Very rich, I only ate half and took the rest to go. But so delicious. We all were very happy, which is rare for my picky young adults.

Staff took great care of us. Food took a little bit of time, but they kept checking on us and updating us along the way. Great experience and customer service.
