It is often the case that whether you are familiar with the cuisine, authenticity is a universally recognized ingredient of a great meal. It was a meal I might have expected to eat in the home of an East Indian family. From the naan to the fish Tandoori… from the dal to the spicy chicken wings… to the perfectly spiced samosas and the lamb at the table that made me wish I ate red meat… all of it. Excellent!
