Wonderful. I asked if it was possible to have a smaller potion as last time I had come in I couldn't eat it all and they provided the perfect size portion. Thanks for being so accommodating.

Four of us had an excellent meal at The Lodge last night. despite being very busy the table was ready and waiting for us when we arrived. As with all the Colchester Inns venues there is an extensive and varied menu, which I would thing suites most peoples tastes. People who are new to the group should be aware that the main course portions are generous. When we were ready our order was taken and when the food arrived it was exactly as we have come to expect, high quality, beautifully cooked and presented by pleasant and attentive staff. We look forward to our next visit which we know will not disappoint.

Lovely quiet pub with quality food and drinks. Very welcoming and helpful staff.

What a lovely dining experience. Food, service, atmosphere was outstanding. Price was excellent. Had the sea bream, so fresh. If you are in Norfolk area such not be missed.
