Founded in 2006, it started as a humble spot and grew into a French-Algerian kitchen where flavors tell a story of heritage, migration, and creativity.Chef-owner Sam, born in France to Algerian parents, brings a deeply personal touch to the menu, with dishes like tajine zitoune, lamb couscous ( 9/10 from french morning ), tchoutchouka, and chorba, alongside French staples such as onion soup, steak frites.... Every plate carries a sense of tradition, paired with natural wines and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.SIMPLE بسيط is a place where conversations unfold over shared meals, where familiar faces return, and where new guests quickly feel at home.
