We recently dined at Fushimi Williamsburg, and I’m still thinking about the incredible experience. The seaweed salad was a perfect start to the meal—refreshing, flavorful, and beautifully textured. It had just the right balance of savory umami with a slight tang, making each bite a delight. My wife ordered the Chilean Seabass and it was absolutely outstanding. It was perfectly cooked—flaky, tender, and moist, with a delicate buttery flavor that paired beautifully with the subtle seasoning. I had Dry-Aged Ribeye and it was a showstopper. It was cooked to perfection—crispy on the outside and beautifully pink on the inside, with a rich, beefy flavor that only comes from dry-aging. The steak was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the seasoning was spot-on. Overall, Fushimi Williamsburg delivered an unforgettable meal with impeccable flavors, excellent service, and a wonderful atmosphere. Highly recommend!

I think the waiters need to know a little bit more about lobster came from what part of Maine, and perhaps they can talk more about the. And to talk about the tile fish more and about the fact that it's a christy top which makes people feel like it's a bone.. Christoph was amazing and it was wonderful to talk to him since we love.
