Birch is a gastronomical delight! An over all exceptional experience in tasting perfection, from one bite to another. With the only exception being that each course needed an encore bite, as each was so amazing that you were left wanting more. Our party cannot wait to return for another culinary delight once again, at Birch. We appreciated every moment of this experience with the entire staff giving us guidance and commentary about our selections and experiences.
