Class sizes determine our availability as we are a student run restaurant. Our hours fluctuate with the number of students enrolled in the semester and some days we may not be open. Cuisine Restaurant is a student operated advanced training facility for MATC's Culinary Arts program. The restaurant allows students to gain practical experience in a high-end culinary environment. Booked the Thanksgiving Day family meal for $55/person. The food and service were so good. Sincerely, so much food to eat…and they would bring you more of anything you wanted more of. Emily was so sweet and efficient and handled all my Dad’s jokes like a champion. The place was decorated for the holidays, our table was cozy and we felt like we could take our time. Wonderful experience overall-thank you to the team for making it feel special.

Amazing service! Food was fantastic. Smash burger was smashalicious and the Spicy Vodka pasta was delish! Fantastic wine list. The Foccacia is tasty. My only recommendation would be to have it warmed up or fresh out if the oven would be over the top!

As usual, the food was exceptional! The menu is always creative and unique! The server was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. Atmosphere lively! I have been enjoying Bavette’s for years and really love the new location! Can’t wait to visit again!

Everything was great from the waiters to the food. Food portions were just right. Having 4 choices for the appetizer as well as the entree would suit any tastebuds. This was my first time eating a MATC Cuisine and will be coming back.
