Class sizes determine our availability as we are a student run restaurant. Our hours fluctuate with the number of students enrolled in the semester and some days we may not be open. We enjoyed our first dinner at Birch. We had the chef’s tasting menu and it was delicious. Every course had a surprise and new flavor. It was well paced and just enough food. Definitely be back!

As usual, the food was exceptional! The menu is always creative and unique! The server was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. Atmosphere lively! I have been enjoying Bavette’s for years and really love the new location! Can’t wait to visit again!

Everything was delightful! Wonderful and attentive server, Kayla - awesome! The food was outstanding - beautifully prepared and presented. Drinks were excellent! Love the ambiance and added perk was the holiday decor which made the space even more welcoming. We had several noisy tables around us which was a little disappointing for our table. Overall, however, a great experience and wonderful vibe.

Everything was great from the waiters to the food. Food portions were just right. Having 4 choices for the appetizer as well as the entree would suit any tastebuds. This was my first time eating a MATC Cuisine and will be coming back.
