Excellent overall experience. Went with the mind of trying different things. Went all in with the wine pairing and add ons. Well worth the experience. Can’t wait to go back.

Everything was perfect. The service was impeccable and the food was awe-inspiring. The grilled honey nut squash was excellent as was the focaccia and ricotta. The ricotta filled pasta was amazing!! We had the contamar fish and the walleye and we were blown away. I love that the chef uses local fish instead of flying in some Chilean Seabass or something. It was all so delicious. I can’t wait to go back. After living in San Francisco for 18 years, I moved to Milwaukee recently. I was a little worried about the culinary scene, but Birch is absolutely at the top of the restaurant game in every way. They would fit right in and even stand out in SF or Napa.

Everything was delightful! Wonderful and attentive server, Kayla - awesome! The food was outstanding - beautifully prepared and presented. Drinks were excellent! Love the ambiance and added perk was the holiday decor which made the space even more welcoming. We had several noisy tables around us which was a little disappointing for our table. Overall, however, a great experience and wonderful vibe.

Great menu, wonderful service, and most importantly excellent food! The salads were very large and fresh. The grill cheese was perfect.
