The food was absolutely amazing--when we left we were all raving about it. We had the chef's tasting menu of numerous courses and they were all esthetically and culinarily superb. Our server, unfortunately, was just OK and had a bit of an attitude--definitely not as friendly and accommodating as the other service staff who assisted us. This is a small place on the South Waterfront but it is definitely worth a trip!

República is absolutely incredible—an experience that is pure magic from start to finish! The food is nothing short of exceptional. Service is outstanding as well. They go above and beyond. Went for the first time on Thanksgiving and had their feast which was absolutely delicious. Everyone was in a great mood and the service was wonderful. Will happily return again for the regular menu.

Inventive, seasonal food in a thoughtfully designed space. My husband and I really enjoyed our meal and our wines. The carrots and celery root scallops were the highlights! This is definitely the kind of restaurant you want to visit every season to see what new delights they've dreamed up. Highly recommend!

Arden never disappoints. This little gem of a spot offers seasonal cuisine, French inspired, but completely accessible. Nicholas is AMAZING (he will provide you with some truly amazing wine pairings) and the chef's combinations are exquisitely balanced, creative, and palette pleasing. See the chef expediting at the small counter and knowing that everything will be perfect is an experience not often found at this price point. This is a place where we are made to feel valued and welcomed, and the food leaves you contented and excited for the next culinary journey. I cannot say enough good things about Arden.
