- JJiyraGreater Boston •1 Bewertung5.0Vor 1 Tag besuchtMy hostess was AMAZING. Such a sweetheart, thanks girly! and thank you to Josh for the warm welcome, making sure I was attended to, and heartfelt conversation as I am new to the city. Newly vegan as well and the SPICY PASTA + Plant Based Chicken is my all time favorite and exactly why I returned! Great solo date location. Thank you so much, I hope to be back.Mehr erfahrenGranville - West HollywoodPreis: Moderat• Amerikanisch• West Hollywood•4,7
- GGeorgeVIPLos Angeles •17 Bewertungen5.0Vor 4 Tagen besuchtAt breakfast I had the best congee I ever had in the United States at San Laurel. The ingredients were spectacular. Home made dried pork hash was made from jamon iberico and their XO sauce was also homemade by the chef. I shall order congee for breakfast every time I stay at Conrad Downtown LA.Mehr erfahrenSan LaurelPreis: Sehr Niedrig• Spanisch• Downtown•4,8

Nov. 2024Shirley Brasserie was a wonderful dining experience that paired the great atmosphere of the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel with great food. The Restaurant occupies a quiet part of the Lobby area and is large enough to find seating but intimate enough to feel separated from other diners. The menu is spartan but focused, as is the wine list. The appetizers we had were first-rate and handsomely presented. I would recommend the chicken liver mousse, as it was special and hadn't seen it elsewhere. I consider myself an expert on duck and generally prefer it roasted, as many restaurants don't really have the expertise to properly sear it. Not true here. The duck was properly spiced and glazed and seared just right. For this style of preparation, I've not had better. The Shirley Brasserie is not inexpensive, but considering the quality of the food and service (which was also outstanding), I would rate it as a good value. Something for a special occasion.Mehr erfahrenShirley BrasseriePreis: Hoch• Französisch-amerikanisch• Hollywood•4,6
- OTOpenTable DinerLos Angeles •5 Bewertungen5.0Besucht am 17. Nov. 2024Ah, Manual LA, the hidden gem nestled in the vibrant art district where parking is a bit challenging ! Who doesn't love a limited-time weekend affair where reservations are as essential as your morning coffee? Trust me, you'll want to secure your spot in advance to avoid the dreaded waitlist of doom. As for the menu, prepare to be swept off your feet by the ocean trout tartare – it's a love letter to seafood that even Poseidon would approve of. The burrata is a creamy delight with delight cucumber that will make you question why you've ever eaten anything else. And then, there's the French toast, a carbohydrate devil that could easily moonlight as dessert. If you're someone who finds carbohydrates utterly captivating (and let's be honest, who isn't?), Manual LA is your carb-laden paradise.Mehr erfahrenManuelaPreis: Hoch• Kalifornisch• Downtown•4,8
