This traditional restaurant opened its doors in 2009 as a tribute to our grandmother Maria Corona, born in Mexico City in 1917. The history of the Corona family is extremely interesting, dates from the time of the General Ramon Corona who, during the French intervention played a fundamental role in the fall of the Emperor Maximilian. This restaurant is the guardian of the traditional techniques of mestizo cuisine, with flavors and recipes dating back to the times of the Mexican Independence until the beginning of the twentieth century. Very good authentic Mexican dinner with very good margarita in a lovely romantic atmosphere. We have been visiting María Corona every year for a long time. We congratulate the managrment for keeping high quality of food, drinks and service.

Our group of 7 had a variety of drinks and food and desserts. The service was very special and the staff was very attentive. Our waiter Mario was awesome. I highly recommend to eat here. We had a Vegetarian, a Pescatarian and Carnivore eaters. We will return
