Die Osteria di Russo & Russo ist im Besitz von Vater und Sohn Pino und Marc Russo und wird von einem engagierten Team "ehrenwerter Italiener" in der Küche und im Gästebereich unterstützt, von denen viele früher zusammen im Bridge-Raum in Sydneys zentralem Geschäftsviertel gearbeitet haben. Unser Speiseangebot beinhaltet klassische italienische Geschmackskombinationen, jedoch verwendet der Chefkoch Jason Saxby selten importierte Zutaten und ist eher von saisonalen Zutaten und modernen Kochtechniken inspiriert als von traditionellen Rezepten. Bei unserer Weinauswahl schätzen wir die Klassiker aus dem Piemont und der Toskana und feiern gleichzeitig die hervorragenden Rebsorten Nebbiolo und Trebbiano aus regionalem Anbau. Das Restaurant folgt dem Stil der klassischen italienischen Trattorias aus den 1970er Jahren, serviert aber zugleich komplexe Gemeinschafts-Gerichte und bietet Abendessen an der Bar. Fabulous evening Love the cocktails The food was fantastic great starters/focaccia Fabulous pizzas and they tailored to our dietary needs well The tiramisu is always a winner and we all enjoyed the desssrts too Great service really friendly 10/10 night all round

LOVE La Botte D'Oro - great food, lovely staff. The aromas hit you when you walk in the door. We were a group of 5 and everyone loved their meals. So fresh and full of flavour. I keep going back for the incredible mussels, and their pizzas are the best! Definitely a favourite in Leichhardt.

Repeat customer Booked 1900pm on a Saturday night, arrived on time, was seated promptly and politely Wagu beef with duck butter potatoes outstanding Beers cold, margarita perfect Waiter & waitress (Inga?) excellent service without seeming to hover Locals (and blow ins) do yourself a BIG favour and give Sputini a go - you wont regret it!!!!!
