We are a family business group operating within a number of industries including construction, security, technology consultancy. In July 2019, we landed the opportunity to turn around the historical Fusilier public house. The property needed a lot of work to regenerate it and, coupled with our approach of doing things right first time, we invested a significant amount of resources to turn this place around.We wanted to give customers a restaurant that they can come dine in that offered quality food, as well as local watering hole. We decided to give MASALCHI a go and were very impressed. We had ' Malgapodi Prawn Popcorns to start with then followed that with ' Rogan Josh ' and ' Chicken Makhan Masala, with ' Pulauo Rice ' , ' Aloo Jeera ' , ' Garlic & Chilli Naan Every dish was excellent in quality and quantity

Came on recommendation from a friend. We had the Keralan fish curry, Goan prawn curry, lamb rogan josh, tarka dhal, paneer, peshwari naans, jeera rice and pilau rice. All the dishes were very tasty. The service from Ramesh and others was excellent. Great ambience. We will be back.

We visited the restaurant (Queensbury branch)for my mother in law’s birthday Food - outstanding(we met the chef himself who has five star hotels experience from India) you can taste that in the food. Service- quite friendly Ambiance- very neat and tidy (including their restrooms)with a colourful atmosphere with big tvs mounted and quite nice Had a very nice experience all together.
